Gastroenterology Locums in Pennsylvania - 1-Week Call Blocks

24-hour GI call coverage in Pennsylvania with PA support and optional ERCP/EUS; January through March blocks available.

Highlights

• Friday-Friday 24-hour call blocks (includes 6-8 hours daily of rounding and procedures)
• ERCP and EUS optional; not required

Practice Setting

• Inpatient and outpatient mix
• EPIC EMR system
• General GI consults and procedures
• Physician teams with PA for morning rounding

Schedule

• Call begins Friday at 5 PM and ends the following Friday at 5 PM
• Weekdays: Rounding plus 4-6 outpatient procedures daily
• Weekends: On-call with rounding based on volume

Cases and Procedures

• EGDs, colonoscopies, general consults
• Optional: EUS and ERCP
• 8-10 average admissions during call

Requirements

• Board Certified or Eligible (within 5 years) in Gastroenterology
• Active Pennsylvania license (IMLC not accepted)
• BLS and ACLS required
• Must be available for full 7-day blocks

Travel Accommodations

• Flights, hotel, rental car, and mileage all covered
