Practice Details
- Hospital-employed position alongside three private GI groups at a 613-bed regional hospital
- Full-spectrum GI including ERCP and EUS with a dedicated GI suite, ASC access, and OR with anesthesia support
- 1:4 call rotation running approximately 7 days per month, with low call-back volume and triaged consults
- APP support, hospital-based infusion centers, and in-house imaging, including CT, MRI, ultrasound, and X-ray
Schedule
- Monday through Friday clinic with an 8:00 a.m. start and last patient by 4:30 p.m.; no weekend clinic required
- Choose from 100% inpatient, 100% outpatient, or a traditional GI blend
- Up to 4 procedure days per week available; optional Saturday coverage from 8:00 a.m. to noon

Compensation & Benefits
- Year one guaranteed compensation of $633,000 (base $572K plus $61K benefits), transitioning to a wRVU model in year two
- $50,000 sign-on bonus, up to $15,000 relocation assistance, and $100,000 student loan repayment
- Additional call pay available; 24-hour shift rate of $4,700
- Three-year contract with CME allowance, malpractice with tail, full benefits, and faculty teaching options
Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- ERCP and/or EUS experience preferred but not required
- Open to 2025 fellows, particularly those committing early
- Comfortable with adult and geriatric populations; no pediatrics
