Hourly starting rate is $25 - $30/hr. DOE
Full Time Position
Holiday bonus/ski pass bonus!
Paid Time Off > 6 mo. (6-month performance review)
Requires basic background and credit check (DL & SS# required) No company health coverage but available through Connect for Health Colorado Hours: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., M - F
Office Assistant position for very busy Breckenridge property management company. Office Assistant is a highly visible and critical role interacting on a daily basis with owners, guests, board members and fellow employees. The Office Assistant will work on a daily basis with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and CINC property management system. The position requires a strong communicator who can work well on their own as well as in a team environment. Requires a high level of attention-to-detail with the ability to work efficiently and accurately. Requires the ability to multi-task in a busy environment and to handle situations timely. Requires an individual with an even-temper and friendly demeanor to handle sometimes difficult situations. The position requires giving direction to employees and contractors and follow-up to ensure work is completed and owner updated. The Office Assistant Position requires the ability to meet the company "performance evaluation criteria" to be provided to qualified applicants. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Answering phones, greeting people at front desk • Outstanding customer service in person, by phone & email • Owner support on account status/questions (CINC System) • Initial call-taking & assessment of issues by phone • Clear communication and dispatching of managers to issues • Providing support to managers & management as needed • Preparing budgets & documents for annual meetings & distribution • Monitoring company website for updates as needed • Special projects as assigned at a higher billable rate Required Attributes: • Attention to detail • Strong communicator • Multi-task/flexible • Accuracy/speed Qualified, interested professionals please send resume to hiring80424@gmail.com
