Founded in 1967, Las Vegas Country Club is a historic private club located in the heart of Las Vegas with an active membership and a high-volume golf operation. The Club places a strong emphasis on daily golf operations, pace of play, and delivering a consistent, high-level member experience.

Las Vegas Country Club is seeking a service-driven First Assistant Golf Professional whose primary focus will be supporting and leading daily golf operations while assisting with tournaments, junior golf programming, and player development initiatives.

Experience Required

• PGA Associate or PGA Member in good standing (or actively pursuing PGA Associate Program)
• Minimum 3 years of golf operations experience; private club experience preferred
• Working knowledge of USGA Rules of Golf
• Proficiency with Golf Genius, Jonas, Clubessential POS, Excel, and USGA GHIN
• Experience running tournaments, including Member-Guest and Member-Member events
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to exceptional member service

Essential Responsibilities

• Play a lead role in daily golf operations, including player services, tee sheet management, and pace of play oversight
• Take responsibility for daily golf shop operations and staff support during assigned shifts
• Help ensure the golf shop provides a professional, welcoming experience for members and guests
• Support golf shop staff with training, scheduling assistance, and day-to-day coverage needs
• Serve as a visible presence on the golf course and in the golf shop to ensure smooth daily operations
• Lead and assist with tournaments, leagues, and special events as scheduled
• Assist with clinics, junior golf programs, and Operation 36 initiatives
• Assist with opening and maintaining the golf course and practice facilities
