About the Role
An exciting opportunity is now available for a Financial Planning Assistant to join this high-performing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about client service and enjoys working closely with Advisers to ensure exceptional outcomes for every client.
You will play a critical role in supporting Adviser workflows, managing day-to-day administration, and acting as a trusted point of contact for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Acting as the first point of contact for clients and managing day-to-day enquiries
Supporting Advisers and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Working collaboratively with Advisers, Paraplanners, and support teams to ensure quality advice and outstanding client outcomes
Coordinating client opt-ins, review cycles, and ongoing workflows
Taking ownership of administrative support functions including proofing documents, meeting preparation, and follow-up
Managing and coordinating Adviser diaries
Greeting clients on arrival and answering and directing incoming calls

About You
Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar Financial Planning Assistant or advice support role
A genuine commitment to providing exceptional client service
Proven experience using Xplan
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time-management and organisational capability
High level of attention to detail
Desirable Qualifications
Business-related Degree or Graduate Diploma
Demonstrated working knowledge of Xplan
