About the role

As a Finance Project Assistant, you will play a vital role in conducting UAT testing, documentation and finance project handling

Responsibilities

• Assist in finance system initiatives by developing UAT test plans and cases in line with business requirements.
• Execute and document UAT test cases, systematically tracking outcomes and reporting any issues discovered.
• Work alongside with the IT teams to validate solutions, retest fixes, and ensure system functionality.
• Maintain comprehensive records of testing progress and results for compliance and audit readiness.
• Provide input on system usability and suggest enhancements to optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1-2 years experience in accounting with UAT testing or project experience
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application such as Excel and analytical tools
