Position: Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner
Location: FHN Family Healthcare Center – Mt. Carroll, IL

FHN is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our community healthcare system. This outpatient-only position pairs you with a highly experienced, board-certified Family Medicine physician with a long tenure at FHN and a deep understanding of the community. Be part of an integrated healthcare network, as you work alongside multiple specialties including Podiatry, Women's Health, and the Center for Wound Healing.
The Opportunity:
Compensation Range: $121,529 - $160,593

Qualifications:
Master’s Degree or Doctorate (DNP) in Nursing from an accredited institution.
Current Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC).
Current Illinois Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) license or eligibility to obtain one.
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative practice agreement.
A passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care based on respect and dignity in a rural healthcare environment.
Excellent communication skills and a cooperative spirit for team-based care.
