Your new role

• As an Assistant Manager, you will lead and manage a team of audit associates and senior auditors during engagements.
• You will be reviewing and validating work performed by juniors to ensure quality and compliance.
• You are required to execute ad-hoc assignments and special audit tasks as required.
• Also, you will communicate with clients and external stakeholders to address audit-related issues.
• You are expected to collaborate closely with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth audit delivery.

What you'll need to succeed

• A Malaysian Citizen with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Bonus if you've handled manufacturing clients.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
