About the Firm
Bank Rifkin PLC is a boutique domestic relations firm located in Birmingham, Michigan, and recognized across the state as one of the premier practices in family law. Our clients rely on us to handle the most sensitive and complex matters in their lives: high-stakes divorce litigation, intricate financial proceedings, custody disputes, and prenuptial agreements. The Role
This position serves as the operational right hand to a partner with an active and demanding litigation practice. The ideal candidate will bring:
- Exceptional calendar and scheduling management — juggling court deadlines, client meetings, depositions, and mediations without dropping a single item
- Mastery of file organization and case management systems, with meticulous attention to detail
- Polished, professional communication with clients, opposing counsel, and judicial staff — representing the firm with discretion and warmth
- Advanced computer proficiency across Microsoft Office, practice management platforms, and document processing systems
- A proactive mindset — anticipating needs, flagging issues early, and solving problems before they require escalation
- The ability to remain composed and effective in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
Compensation
