The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-caliber Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted strategic partner to our CEO. This role calls for a professional who operates with speed, foresight, and precision—someone who can anticipate needs, manage complexity, and maintain poise in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities
Master the details: Expertly manage and prioritize a complex calendar, travel, and meeting schedule for the CEO.
Anticipate and act: Identify needs before they arise—ensuring the CEO is informed, prepared, and positioned for success.
Drive execution: Coordinate executive materials, follow-ups, and deliverables for meetings and board sessions.
Communicate with polish: Draft, edit, and refine correspondence, presentations, and reports with executive-level quality.
Partner at the highest level: Collaborate with senior leaders to track priorities, maintain accountability, and facilitate seamless communication across the organization.
Represent with professionalism: Interact with internal and external stakeholders with discretion, tact, and confidence.
Lead with calm under pressure: Manage multiple priorities in real time, keeping operations running seamlessly behind the scenes.
What You Bring
5+ years of executive assistant experience is required, including 2+ years supporting a CEO or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated success supporting leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth, or complex corporate environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Exceptional communication skills—clear, concise, and professional in all forms.
A strong sense of urgency, adaptability, and anticipation.
Flawless attention to detail and sound judgment when handling confidential or sensitive matters.
