Job Description
The Executive Assistant for Development and Social Media Marketing supports the Chief Executive Officer while advancing Habitat for Humanity of Gallatin Valley’s mission to build strength, stability, and self-reliance through home ownership. This role manages executive scheduling, correspondence, donor records, and board support, while assisting with fundraising initiatives, events, and grant tracking. The position oversees social media marketing by creating and scheduling content, highlighting homeowners, volunteers, and builds, and maintaining consistent, mission-aligned messaging. Strong organizational skills, discretion, and attention to detail are essential. The ideal candidate is proactive, community-focused, tech-savvy, and passionate about affordable housing and community impact.
Job Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director, including calendar management, correspondence, meeting preparation, and board coordination.
Support development efforts by maintaining donor databases, assisting with fundraising campaigns and events, and tracking gifts and acknowledgements.
Coordinate logistics and documentation for grants, sponsorships, and donor stewardship activities.
Manage social media marketing by creating, scheduling, and monitoring content that highlights Habitat builds, homeowners, volunteers, and community impact.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across digital platforms while tracking engagement metrics and supporting basic marketing and communications initiatives.
Salary
The Executive Assistant for Development and Social Media Marketing is a full-time, non-exempt position. The salary range is $40,000 - $50,000 commensurate with experience. Requirements
Over 2+ years of experience and a Bachelors Degree or higher.
