Turtle Creek Club is seeking Entry Level Professional to join our team as Inside/Outside Assistant Golf Professional. This individual will play a key role in our Golf Operations Team, ensuring exceptional service and experiences for our members and guests.

Turtle Creek Club has become one of the premier golf destinations in South Florida, located in the Tequesta / Jupiter area. The golf course was originally designed by Gentleman Joe Lee in 1969. He always considered Turtle Creek Club to be one of his finest accomplishments.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Professional and all golf staff employees with managing and overseeing all elements of the Club's golf-related activities resulting in an exceptional overall golf experience for members and their guests
• Daily communication within Golf Operation and alongside other departments
• Provide exceptional customer service and leading by example
• Maintain visibility to membership through coordinating first tee play, greeting members on practice facility and being a pace of play liaison by rangering the course regularly
• Manage and administer all aspects of the daily golf operation
• Knowledge and implementation of the club policies and procedures
• Conduct private and group lessons/clinics
• Assist in Junior Golf Program
• Club Fitting and Club Repair
• Participate in professional tournaments and pro-ams
• Play with members on a regular basis
