Graves Gilbert Clinic in Bowling Green, KY seeks a Director of Physician Recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced physician recruitment leader to join a growing and thriving independent, physician-owned community health clinic to support the advancement of their physician recruitment function.

Graves Gilbert Clinic provides primary, specialty, and urgent care across South-Central Kentucky. With 28 locations, 108 physicians, and 100 advanced practice providers in 30 specialties, the clinic offers comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services and is recognized as a provider of choice.

The Director of Physician Recruitment will:

• Be responsible for the continuous development of all aspects of a robust physician recruitment function to ensure the hiring, onboarding and retention of highly qualified physicians who support the culture of the organization
• Provide leadership, direction and ongoing administration and management for all aspects of physician recruitment
• Serve as a strategic advisor and expert to internal stakeholders as it relates to physician recruitment, including compensation and benefits benchmarks, specialty trends and best practices

Ideal candidates for the Director of Physician Recruitment will have:

•          5+ years of physician recruitment experience with deep knowledge of effective strategies and tactics
•          Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills
•          Proven ability to build relationships, collaborate across all levels, and lead cross-functional teams
•          A process-oriented, results-driven approach with expertise in technology, metrics, and driving performance outcomes
