Comprehensive Ophthalmologist Physician – MedStar Medical Group at Charlotte Hall, MD
$30,000 signing bonus and relocation reimbursement up to $10,000
MedStar Health is seeking a full-time board-eligible or board-certified comprehensive ophthalmologist to join their established team at MedStar Health: Ophthalmology at Charlotte Hall.
Position overview: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic ophthalmologist with a focus on comprehensive ophthalmology to join our practice. The clinical practice consists of outpatient clinic and outpatient surgery time. This opportunity allows the physician to join a large, integrated health care system while easily establishing and maintaining a positive work-life balance.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide expert care in comprehensive ophthalmology, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide range of conditions, in an office with state-of-the-art equipment.
- Work closely with a dedicated team to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
- Engage in patient education and build lasting relationships within the community.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the practice through collaboration and innovation.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree with board certification or eligibility in ophthalmology.
- Demonstrated clinical skills and a passion for patient care.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a busy, high-volume practice.
Other highlights of this position include:
- $300,000–$350,000 base salary depending on experience. Guaranteed base salary for the first two years.
- $30,000 signing bonus

This position has a hiring range of $300,000 to $350,000.
