- 2" slit drainage installed in all greens
- New irrigation installed around greens and approaches
- Complete bunker rebuild with Billy Bunker liner system

The Club will begin Phase II of the Tyler Rae masterplan in Fall 2026, focusing on a redesigned driving range and practice facility featuring three new greens, bunkers, and irrigation. Long-term projects in the next 5-7 years include a new irrigation installation and completion of an entire course drainage plan.
