We are seeking a driven and ambitious Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to join our team the Classics Country Club. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role at a premier private club while working directly under our new Director of Maintenance. This position is designed for a professional early in their career who is eager to take the next step in their career. The right candidate will gains hands-on leadership experience with the clear trajectory of one day managing the Classics.

3-5 years of Golf Course Maintenance experience.

2 or 4 year degree (or certificate) in Turf Management or related field

Previous management or leadership experience is preferred

Strong understanding of the standards required to deliver excellent playing conditions.
