 ASSISTANT WATER SUPERINTENDENT

About the Opportunity
The Eastern Bartholomew County Water Corporation is currently seeking a highly qualified
professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in
drinking water treatment and distribution, demonstrated leadership abilities, and a
commitment to excellence.

Salary
Compensation will be based upon experience but will range between $69,264 and
$84,655.annually.

Key Responsibilities
Manage, supervise and motivate employees.
Meet and converse with the public regarding water consumption and quality and
service issues
Must have a working knowledge of budgeting, purchasing and financial controls.

The Assistant Water Superintendent works under the supervision of the Water
Superintendent

Requirements

 Qualifications
WT-3 Certification (Indiana) or ability to obtain
DS-L Certification (Indiana) or ability to obtain
High School graduation or GED equivalent required
Advanced Education / College Degree desired but not required
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency with industry-specific tools and software.
