Job Description
- Perform client account opening and ongoing maintenance, including preparation, verification, and processing of onboarding documentation in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Support Relationship Managers in completing KYC / CDD reviews, periodic reviews, credit applications, and related documentation.
- Execute and support transactional activities, including trade processing, settlement coordination, and system entries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Act as a key point of contact for RMs and clients on operational, transactional, and system-related queries, providing practical and effective solutions.
- Liaise closely with internal stakeholders such as Operations, Compliance, Risk, Credit, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests.
- Provide administrative and operational support to Team Leaders and Relationship Managers to enhance overall team efficiency and client service standards.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory standards, and private banking service procedures at all times.
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Finance, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Client Service Officer or Assistant Relationship Manager in Private Banking or Priority Banking.
- Holder of SFC Type 1 and Type 4 licenses.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks independently with good attention to detail.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with Mandarin proficiency required.
- A collaborative team player who is proactive, adaptable, and keen to learn and grow in a private banking environment.
