Position Description
The Department of Internal Medicine, Section of Allergy & Immunology seeks a full-time Assistant Professor to develop and lead a laboratory-based research program focused on food allergies, an increasingly prevalent medical condition with significant global health implications. This position will contribute to advancing the understanding, prevention, and treatment of food allergies through innovative translational and basic science research.
The successful candidate will be an early-career investigator with strong research and clinical training in Allergy and Immunology. The position is expected to strengthen the division’s research portfolio and foster a collaborative academic environment that supports trainees and faculty engaged in active research programs.

Professional Conduct Review for New Faculty Hires

Requirements
MD/PhD or MD.
At least 5 years of postgraduate experience.
Research and clinical experience in Allergy & Immunology, preferably food allergy research.
Board eligible or certified in Allergy & Immunology by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology (ABAI).
