Overview

We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented Assistant Golf Professional to support
the daily operations of our golf facility. This position plays a key role in delivering an
exceptional customer experience and assisting in all aspects of the golf operation,
including shop management, staff supervision, merchandising, golf instruction, events,
and club repair.

Experience Required

• Previous experience in golf operations or a customer service-focused role preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of golf equipment, merchandising, and instructional fundamentals.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and during tournaments/events as required.
• Club repair experience is a plus.
• PGA Associate status or willingness to pursue PGA membership is preferred.

Essential Responsibilities

• Oversee and support daily golf operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Manage the pro shop: handle sales, inventory, and merchandising displays.
• Provide golf instruction to players of all skill levels, as needed.
• Perform basic club repair services (regripping, shaft replacement, etc.).
• Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for all Guests and Customers.
• Assist in the coordination, and execution of golf outings, tournaments, and special
events.
• Ensure compliance with facility rules, policies, and safety standards.

Benefits

• Hourly wage of $20-$22, commensurate with experience.
• Additional income opportunities through private lessons and golf camps.
• Total annual compensation is expected to be approximately $65,000, based on
hours worked and instructional income.
