Overview

Black Oak Golf Club opened for play in 2010. From its inception the Club mission is to maintain a private club golf haven for those who love the game. The philosophical objective is simple: provide an unmatched venue to learn the game, play the game and enjoy the camaraderie that the greatest of sports inherently yields.

As this journey continues, the Club seeks an Assistant who enthusiastically and professionally shares this vision. This individual performs his/her craft with a commitment to the highest level of customer service ensuring an unrivaled golf experience.

The successful candidate is team oriented and will be provided the opportunity to learn and perform duties that touch upon every facet of the golf industry.

Experience Required

Qualifications and experience should include but are not limited to:

PGA Member or individual working towards membership.

Golf shop operations, merchandising, sales and billing.

Teaching ability capable of partnering with all student levels ensuring both game improvement and game enjoyment.

Club knowledge including fitting processes and launch monitor utilization.

Member tournament operations using Golf Genius software & on course administration.

Knowledge of professional outside operations procedures.

Rules of Golf and World Handicap System knowledge.

Capable player who actively competes professionally and eagerly embraces the opportunity to play with Members and Guests.
