Hobe Sound Golf Club is seeking an energetic, motivated, and personable Assistant Golf Professional to lead and grow all aspects of the Club's teaching and coaching programs. This individual will be responsible for developing and delivering a high-quality instructional experience for members and guests while contributing to the overall golf operation in a team-oriented environment.

The successful candidate will be passionate about player development, enthusiastic about engaging with members, and eager to elevate the club's teaching and coaching offerings. Experience Required

• PGA or LPGA Member (or Associate in good standing).
• Proven experience in golf instruction and coaching, with a passion for player development.

Essential Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all teaching and coaching programs at Hobe Sound Golf Club, including private lessons, group clinics, junior programs, and member engagement initiatives.
• Develop innovative instructional programs tailored to players of all skill levels, focusing on game improvement and member enjoyment.
• Oversee all practice facility operations, ensuring a first-class experience for members and guests.
• Play regularly with members to enhance relationships, foster engagement, and provide on-course instruction opportunities.
• Coordinate and conduct golf clinics for men, women, and juniors throughout the season.
• Collaborate with the professional staff to support member tournaments and special events as part of the overall golf operations team.
• Utilize modern teaching technology and video analysis tools to enhance instruction (TrackMan, Foresight, etc.).
• Maintain accurate records of lessons, clinics, and player progress.
• Assist in promoting all teaching programs through club communication channels.
• Provide exceptional member service and represent Hobe Sound Golf Club with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
• Minimal golf shop duties as needed to support the team.
• Assist with tournament operations during peak member events.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute ideas for improving overall golf operations.
