• Candidates must have relevant restructuring insolvency experience

Responsibilities would include:

• Be involved in corporate insolvency and restructuring engagements for under-performing or distressed companies
• Perform corporate recovery engagements, for example liquidation, receivership, judicial management, scheme of arrangement, monitoring / special accountant, debt restructuring and financial investigation
• Lead advisory services on business strategies based on agreed-upon procedures, due diligence engagements and business advisory
• Preparing letters, notices, emails, reports-writing, restructuring proposals
• Information gathering from books / records of clients and third parties, Investigation of past transactions
• Assist in asset realization and debt recovery process, adjudication of creditor's claims
• Ensure high service standards and reporting deadlines are met

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably accounting
• Good communication and reporting-writing skills, understand basic financial statements/ balance sheet
• Able to read financial statements, have numeric sense/ acumen, financial analysis/ review skills
• Years of experience: 2-5 years of relevant insolvency/ restructuring experience
• Good analytical skills with ability to interpret data, generate insights and construct solutions
• Good team player, family culture
