About the job

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to step into a FP&A role, supporting high-level performance monitoring and business planning for the group.

• Assist in monitoring key performance indicators and generating business commentaries on corporate trends.
• Support financial reporting requirements for the regional headquarters and coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct analysis of industry statistics and provide regular management reports to guide business decisions.
• Participate in the annual business planning process and assist in the evaluation of strategic corporate projects.
• Track and report on the financial outcomes and cost-benefit realizations of various business initiatives.

Skills and experience required

• At least 3-5 years of experience in a financial planning and analysis capacity.
• Prior experience within the insurance industry or a similar financial services environment.
• Proven ability to manage communication with senior stakeholders across a matrix organization.
• Strong background in internal reporting and monitoring business financial performance.
