Overview

Position is at a high end private facility. Must be enrolled in a PGM Program or be a Class A Member. Exceptional communication and customer service skills required.

Experience Required

Be enrolled in the Associate program. Private club experience is helpful.

Essential Responsibilities

Responsible for all Outside Service Operations:

• Greeting Guests and Members
• Maintain Cart Fleet and Operations
• Managing the Driving Range and Practice Facilities
• Delivering Exceptional Customer Service
• Must display Professional Conduct
• Must be a Team Player
• Must be able to be on your feet 7+ hours a day
• Previous experience in high end customer service club is an asset
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
