Overview

Colts Neck Golf Club is Monmouth County's premiere semi-private golf club with an active membership and high end daily fee play. CNGC has a strong membership, excellent course conditions, and state of the art indoor and outdoor teaching facilities.

This is a year round position which includes: assisting in the overall operation of the course and golf shop including guest service, answering telephones, making tee times and monetary transactions related to the sale of green fees and merchandise. Train and manage outside operations staff in accordance with club standards. Golf Genius experience preferred.

The candidate should expect to work 45 to 55+ hours per week based on season.

Experience Required

The candidate should be enrolled or planning to enroll in the PGA Professional Golf Management Program and should be actively seeking PGA membership. Prior professional experience is preferred, but not required. Salary will also depend on level in PGA PGM program and prior professional experience.

Essential Responsibilities

• Overall management, training, supervision, and scheduling of the Outside Operations Staff.
• Assist the Head Golf Professional in all aspects of the golf operation.
• Provide excellent customer service to members, guests, and daily fee players.
• Teach individual lessons and play with members.
• Optimize tee sheet management.
• Assist in conducting major club tournaments and weekly league play.
