Position Overview:

Stonehenge Golf & Country Club is seeking a motivated and team-oriented Assistant Golf Professional to join our staff. This role is ideal for an individual who takes pride in a strong work ethic, is highly coachable, and is eager to be fully immersed in every aspect of a high-quality golf operation. The ideal candidate will bring energy, professionalism, and a willingness to learn while contributing to an exceptional member and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to members and guests in all areas of the golf operation
• Assist with daily golf shop operations, including merchandising, tee sheet management, and point-of-sale systems
• Support tournament and event operations from planning through execution, including scoring, staging, and on-course setup
• Conduct and assist with individual and group instruction, junior programming, and player development initiatives
• Manage outside operations as needed, including cart fleet, practice facilities, and pace of play
• Enforce club policies and uphold the highest standards of golf etiquette and professionalism
• Collaborate with the professional staff to continually improve the golf experience and operational efficiency
• Be willing to step into any role necessary to support the success of the operation
