Description

• Assist with starting and monitoring of play.
• Assist with tournament operations, utilizing Golf Genius.
• Assist with receiving and merchandising of inventory and special orders - steaming, and hanging merchandise
• Perform all daily golf shop duties, including but not limited to opening procedures, closing procedures, answering phones, booking tee times, checking in play, golf shop sales, special orders, member assistance, etc.
• Assist with Player Development Programs
• Teach Private Lessons to membership
• Maintain a professional and outgoing demenour with members and guest
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner and maintain a professional image at all times
• Knowledge of golf operations, rules of golf, and tournament procedures
• Perform any and all duties requestd by the Owners, General Manager, and Director of golf in an efficient and timely manner
• A focused attitude toward servicing members needs to promote a quality expierence throughout all departments
• Self-motivated individual willing to promote/market the clubs events, merchandise, teaching availability, and sales.
• Maintain appropiate level of play
• Participate in member events, regular play, and PGA sponsored events
• Assist with outside operations to ensure the highest quality of service is delivered to Iron Lake members
