Fully opening in Spring 2026, Contentment is a new national golf club located in the serene foothills of Hays, North Carolina. A tribute to the golden age of golf course architecture, the club draws inspiration from the timeless designs of C.B. Macdonald and Seth Raynor.

Founded on the belief in the pursuit of true contentment, our mission is to create a welcoming, relaxed environment where both members and employees are treated like family. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join the founding golf team and help shape the future of a one-of-a-kind club experience.

This position can either be year round or seasonal based on the canidate.

Essential Responsibilities

Serve as a positive ambassador of the Contentment brand to members and guests.

Support golf shop operations, including merchandising, sales, and inventory control.

Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, approachable demeanor that aligns with Contentment's relaxed culture.
