Experience Required

PGA Member or PGM Associate prefered
College degree preffered; High School Graduate, GED or Equivalent
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills
Team management experience
Organizational and Coaching Skills
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Golf Genius software

Essential Responsibilities

Project a professional and positive presence throughout the Club and Golf Operations Department
Responsible for opening and closing procedures
Aid in tournament operations
Manage the tee sheet reservations
Monitor Golf Course and practice facility to provide a professional appearance
Perform club fitting and club repair when needed
Aid in merchandising and inventory management
Coach individual lessons and group clinics
Active coaching in the junior golf program
