Overview

The Assistant Golf Professional at Diamond Oaks Country Club will play a pivotal Golf Operations Leadership Role at the facility. This position supports the Head Golf Professional in establishing all aspects of Golf Operations, including the Golf Shop, Outside Services, Tournament Operations, and Member programs.

Experience Required

*College Degree Preferred

*Proven experience in Golf operations, Staff Management, with the ability to engage effectively with Members, Guests, and Vendors.

*Ability to manage multiple tasks, make decisions under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a high level of service.

*Proficiency in POS Systems, Golf Tee Sheets, and related software.

*Experience with Tournament Operation Software preferred.

*Positive attitude, professional demeanor and appearance.

*Flexability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
