Position: Assistant Golf Professional

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a full-time Assistant Golf Professional at the beautiful Barton Creek Country Club - Lakeside Golf Course in Spicewood, Texas. If you enjoy hospitality, golf operations, and creating exceptional guest experiences, you'll thrive as part of the Omni team.

Experience Required

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a golf operation
• PGA Apprentice (Level 1 minimum); PGA Member preferred
• Strong communication, professionalism, and teamwork skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and golf POS/tee time systems

Essential Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Support the Head and First Assistant Golf Professionals in daily golf operations
• Build positive relationships with members and guests
• Assist with tournaments, golf shop operations, and tee sheet management
• Provide golf instruction, orientations, and member engagement
• Help manage merchandise, rental/demo clubs, and golf car fleet
• Ensure an exceptional golf experience for members and guests
