Overview

We are looking to grow our Professional staff at Crofton Country Club in order to provide the best possible service to our growing membership and their guests. Crofton is a private Country Club with an 18 hole championship golf course, full practice facility and pool.

Experience Required

• 2+ years in the golf industry preferred
• A friendly, approachable attitude with a strong desire to excel and advance in the golf indutry
• Fundemental knowledge of the game, teaching, and the Rules of golf
• Knowledge of Golf POS, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Golf Genius software
• Highly self-motivated team player

Essential Responsibilities

• Oversee the outside Golf Services operations including, but not limited to the cart fleet and outside staff
• Supervise, schedule and train the outside staff as directed by the Head Professional
• Assist with daily pro shop activities, maintenance, tee sheets, and inventroy
• Oversee and in charge of all Outings and outside golf events including preparation, set up, scoring and break down
