Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Golf Professional to join our golf operations team. This individual will support daily golf shop operations, provide high-quality instruction, assist with tournaments and events, and deliver an exceptional member and guest experience.

Experience Required

• PGA Associate or PGA Member in good standing preferred
• Strong knowledge of golf rules, operations, and instruction fundamentals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency with golf management software (e.g., Golf Genius, ForeTees, Clubessential) is a plus

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist with daily golf shop operations, including tee time management and merchandise sales
• Provide individual and group golf instruction for players of all skill levels
• Support tournament operations, outings, and club events
• Maintain accurate handicap records and player information
• Deliver outstanding customer service to members and guests
• Assist with merchandising, inventory control, and retail displays
• Enforce club policies, pace of play, and course etiquette standards
• Support junior golf programs and player development initiatives
