Position Overview
Brandermill Country Club is seeking a motivated and service-driven Assistant Golf Professional to join our golf operations team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer service, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

PGA Certification is not required for this position.

While teaching opportunities are limited, the successful candidate will have the benefit of working closely under a highly successful, PGA Certified Director of Instruction, offering valuable mentorship and professional development.

Experience Required

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Comfortable working with Golf Genius or similar tournament software
• Club repair experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Desire to grow within the golf industry
• PGA Certification not required

Experience:

• Green Grass Golf: 1 year (Required)

Essential Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and administer the Men's, Ladies', and Senior Golf Associations
• Manage tournaments and events using Golf Genius (extensive experience preferred)
• Deliver outstanding customer service to members and guests
• Assist with daily golf shop and outside operations
• Support team building and staff development within the golf operation
• Help maintain a positive, professional, and welcoming club culture
• Perform basic club repair and equipment services (experience is a plus)
