Fully opening in Spring 2026, Contentment is a new national golf club located in the serene foothills of Hays, North Carolina. A tribute to the golden age of golf course architecture, the club draws inspiration from the timeless designs of C.B. Macdonald and Seth Raynor.

Experience Required

PGA Member or Associate in good standing

Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Assistant Golf Professional

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a focus on team collaboration and member service

Most importantly, a consistently positive attitude and passion for the game of golf

Essential Responsibilities

Assist in developing a new outside operations and caddie program

Help establish staff training protocols, service standards, and daily procedures for a newly formed team.

Serve as a positive ambassador of the Contentment brand to members and guests.

Support golf shop operations, including merchandising, sales, and inventory control.

Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, approachable demeanor that aligns with Contentment's relaxed culture.
