Founded in 1910, Carolina Country Club is member owned with a longstanding tradition for providing the finest experience and amenities to its membership. The club is recognized as a distinguished private country club and honored to have been selected a "Platinum Club of America" since 1997. Our campus is strategically located on 180 acres in Raleigh, North Carolina - and retains a secluded atmosphere within the Capital City limits. This region continues to be an attractive community to reside and consistently ranked among the top US cities.

The golf course is under renovation, led by Rees Jones Design, with a scheduled reopening in October, 2026.

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Golf Professional to join our team. Along with all the traditional responsibilities, this professional will serve as an ambassador of the golf program and lead essential aspects of our platinum-level operation. Providing instructional and player development services will be an essential responsibility.

Our model candidate should desire to become a Head Golf Professional or Director of Golf - and be willing to put forth the necessary effort to acquire those proficiencies. Carolina membership consists of prominent community leaders and the Professional Team provide services to Men, Ladies, and Juniors.

Benefits

COMPENSATION

Hourly Income and Lesson Income | Anticipated Annual Total - $65k - $70k

In Season - 45 hours / week | Out of Season - 40 hours / week

5 Day work schedule | With the exception of major events or programs
