The Salina Country Club is seeking an experienced and highly organized Assistant Director of Golf to help lead and manage our golf operations, ensuring exceptional member experiences and driving the club's success.

Responsibilities:

• Assist members and guests with all golfing needs to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
• Greet and welcome members and guests professionally; answer questions and provide information.
• Schedule reservations, manage the golf shop, handle transactions, and maintain cleanliness.
• Sell and be knowledgeable about Golf Shop products; anticipate and meet member and guest needs.
• Manage club supplies, repairs, handicap system, tournaments, lessons, and special projects.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in golf operations and management roles.
• Strong leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and industry standards
