Overview

Royal Golf Club is a premier private club located in Lake Elmo, MN. Co-designed by Arnold Palmer and Annika Sorenstam, Royal Golf Club is recognized as Arnold Palmer's 306 th course design, his final project and Annika Sorenstam's first U.S. course design. The property also features a 6-hole short course at the pinnacle of our junior golf program. The club has hosted multiple MGA events including the Minnesota Public Links Championship, Senior Championship, Mid-Players Championship, and the Minnesota Women's Open. Royal Golf Club has also hosted USGA U.S. Open qualifiers and continues to host the ANNIKA Intercollegiate presented by 3M. Our Mission is to deliver a consistent and exceptional golf experience for its members and guests. As Royal Golf Club continues to enhance all facets of the member experience, we seek a highly skilled and motivated individual to assist in the golf operations.

Experience Required

• PGA Level One or greater preferred
• Previous private club experience a plus
• Reasonable experience with GolfGenius & ClubEssentials a plus
• Current, and in good standing in the PGA Associate program (required)

Essential Responsibilities

• Promote all Club activities and services as an ambassador for the Club
• Assist the Head Professional with the Daily Golf Operations
• Enfore Club policies and procedures
• Great Interpersonal/Customer Service Skills
• Outside Services Training and Development
• Golf Instruction and Junior Golf
• Facilitate weekly men's and women's club activities through GolfGenius
• Assist the Head Professional in the management of merchandise and inventory control including buying, displays, and special orders
• Ability to play in Pro-Ams and host RGC members effectively
• Knowledge of the rules of golf
• Knowledge of and ability to perform required role during emergencies
