The Bridgewater Club is seeking a motivated, service-oriented Assistant Golf Professional to join our professional golf staff. This individual will play a key role in delivering exceptional member service while gaining well-rounded experience in all areas of golf operations. This position is ideal for a PGA Professional or PGA Associate looking to grow within a high-quality private club environment in a year round position.

Experience Required

• PGA Member or PGA Associate in good standing (or actively pursuing PGA Membership)
• Prior experience at a private club preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail
• Passion for delivering exceptional member experiences
• Team-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow professionally

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to members and guests, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere
• Assist with daily golf shop operations, including tee sheet management, merchandising, and point-of-sale systems
• Help manage and execute member events, tournaments, ladies' leagues, and outings
• Support instruction programs, including private lessons, clinics, and junior golf programs
• Help Run a caddie program
• Communicate effectively with fellow golf staff and other club departments
• Uphold the traditions, policies, and service standards of The Bridgewater Club
