Overview

Thomson Country Club is an 18-Hole Private Club in North Reading, MA. We have 400 golf members that do appr. 24,000 rounds from April-November. The course tips out at about 6600 yards and is a challenge for any type of golfer.

We offer a Full Tournament Program with over 200 annual Member Events. We also host 10 Outside Golf Outings per season.

We encourage playing with the membership and in Chapter/Section events on a regular basis.

*I will be attending The PGA Show in Florida for possible interviews

Experience Required

Ideally the candidate will have a few years of experience at a golf facility, and has entered the PGA program but not necessary.

An ideal candidate will have experience in teaching and club fittings.

Essential Responsibilities

You will assist all other professional staff in....

*Tournament Operations (We use Golf Genius)

*Merchandising The Pro Shop (Sales Quota paid monthly)

*Men's and Ladies Leagues

*Manage Outside Staff including Scheduling

*Manage First Tee and Course Monitoring

*Playing with members regularly

*Playing in local events
