Clinton Country Club is seeking a Seasonal Assistant Golf Professional. This is an outstanding opportunity for a Professional who seeks to continue to grow and mature in their professional career. You will be mentored by an outstanding Head Golf Professional with 20+ years of experience as well as a highly respected Lead Professional.

We are seeking a professional, high energy/high service-oriented individual with an engaging attitude to join a great team.

Established in 1895, our club is one of the oldest golf clubs in the country. Our membership is very proud of our heritage as well as the contributions we've made to our shoreline community. This is a very stable and well-established program with the Head Professional having over 18 years with the club.

Experience Required

• PGA Member or Associate.
• Private club experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Golf Genius Tournament Software.
• Fully knowledgeable of all opening and closing golf shop procedures.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of an extensive tournament operation from start to finish.
• Assist members and guests by providing and interpreting golf policies, rules, and regulations.
• Manage the daily opening and closing of golf operation.
• Maintain a clean, orderly and well-stocked golf shop.
• Perform starter or marshal duties regularly.
• Act as a role model for all employees by demonstrating the behavior and work ethic expected of all employees.
• Assist in developing, coordinating and executing the junior golf programs.
• Maintain a professional appearance and regular/reliable attendance at all times.
