Overview

The Country Club of Harrisburg is one of the oldest clubs in the state of Pennsylvania and is looking for its next Assistant Golf Professional. This is a member oriented job with the utmost in customer service being at the forefront. The ideal candidate must be outgoing and have the desire to serve the members at the highest level. This position will be involved with all aspects of the Golf Operations. Managing the daily tee sheet, organizing of all member play, conducting junior golf, beginner and ladies Operation36 clinics, and tournament operations. Some overtime will be required, most weeks are a 40 hour week with 2 days off. Health benefits are offered after 90 days. Club will pay all PGA National and Chapter Dues. 401k is available after 1 year. The ideal candidate will start March 1, 2026.

Experience Required

Must be customer service driven. Ideal candidate must possess good communication skills and be willing to develop skills to further their career. The ideal candidate must also be team oriented. Some teaching experience is a plus but will train and work with the right candidate.

Essential Responsibilities

Knowledge of Jonas Encore preferred but not required.

Conduct Operation36 clinics with the other Assistant Golf Professionals.
