We are seeking a passionate, visionary PGA Member to take the reins and lead Albion Country Club into its next chapter. IDEAL STATE DATE: March 15th, 2026

Experience Required

• PGA/LPGA Member or Associate in good standing preferred but not required
• Proven experience as a Golf Professional or Assistant Golf Professional
• Strong teaching and coaching skills with a passion for player development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage pro shop operations, including retail sales and inventory
• Knowledge of golf tournament organization and event planning (GOLF GENIUS experience essential)
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to engage with members and guests

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, professional advice, and assistance to all members and guests
• Organize, promote, and conduct men's, women's, and junior golf events and programs
• Manage golf cart operations, practice facility, and club storage services
• Tactfully enforce club policies and maintain standard operating procedures
• Oversee all golf events and tournaments, leveraging GOLF GENIUS software
• Provide club repair, club fitting, and private lesson services
• Maintain an attractive, well-stocked golf shop with superior service, sales, inventory, and special orders
• Manage daily golf operations, including phones, tee times, pace of play, rules, and record-keeping
