Overview

Crystal Tree Golf & Country Club is a member owned country club located in Orland Park, Illinois which is in the south suburbs of Chicago. The club was founded in 1989 and has been a staple in the community ever since. The club has 320 golf members and 530 total members. The club hosts 17,500 rounds per year as well as 6-8 Monday outings and over 15 annual club events. The golf course is a Robert Trent Jones Jr. design with a maximum distance of 6,800 yards. Crystal Tree is a very family orientated country club with many fun golf, social and family activities during the season. There is a strong emphasis on delivering high end customer service.

Essential Responsibilities

The qualified candidate will be involved in all day to day areas of the golf operation and be expected to put his/her expertise to use.

• Provide the highest level of member service
• Golf Shop merchandising and sales
• Inventory control
• Organize and conduct a junior golf program of over 60 children with fellow Assistant Professionals
• Work closely with other Assistant Professionals, Outisde Services Manager/Caddiemaster, and Bag Room staff to deliver a high level of service
• Program development
• Always conduct and present yourself in a professional manner.
