Experience Required

Talamore is seeking a motivated assistant to join our family. The ideal candidate will posses at least 2 years of golf experience, preferably at a private facility. This position will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer service experience to members and their guests. A heavy emphasis on growing the junior golf program and the execution of tournament operations will be required.

Essential Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive junior golf program
• Assist with tournament operations
• Assist with golfer registrations and manage daily play
• Assist with scheduling outside service staff
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control
• Play golf with the membership when time permits
