Overview

We are looking for an individual to be in a Head Professional/Director of Golf training track. We are proud of our legacy of seeing our former assistants in those positions and we are looking for the next candidate desiring to succeed in that role. We are looking for a leader.

Experience Required

• Highly motivated and hardworking team player.
• Someone who maintains and promotes a positive image and has a customer focused attitude.
• Private club experience preferred.
• PGA Member in good standing or PGA Associate actively pursuing membership.
• Fundamental knowledge of the game and teaching, the Rules of Golf, Facility Operations, Tournament Operations and Junior Golf.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assists in the management of daily play and tournament play. Individual can demonstrate an attentive attitude in their first tee and on-course prescence.
• Provide excellent customer service, professional advice and assistance to all members and guests.
• Supervise and train golf operations staff as directed by the Head Professional.
• Administer tournament operations utilizing Golf Genius Tournament Software.
