"As one of the current Associate Professionals at Western Lakes, I can attest that this is a wonderful place to work, and that I would not be where I am today without Garrett's guidance. I started here with no prior golf course experience and am now just one small step away from becoming a PGA Member. Western Lakes is a busy facility that can teach you things you will not experience at many other courses. It's also wonderful to work with people who treat you like family and are always looking for ways to help you be the best you can be." - Colton B.
"I've had the pleasure of knowing Garrett for the past 20 years. During that time, I've had firsthand experience working for one of Garrett's golf operations. I have personally witnessed his outstanding leadership abilities and superb organizational skills. It takes a special mind to be successful in the golf business, and he certainly has every aspect necessary to make every operation he touches sensational. I have the utmost respect and confidence in Garrett. He has a way of motivating people to work hard for him, which is a key to his success. He is a perfect example of who a PGA Professional is and the reason why I strived to become one myself." - James G.
"I have worked at multiple operations ranging from public courses to very elite Private clubs, and I would not trade the knowledge and skills I have learned from Garrett for anything. Garrett is very hands-on behind the scenes and took the time to teach me how to manage all of the moving parts of the operation. From employee scheduling, league management, tournament operations, and inventory management, I had a chance to learn it all. With Garrett, you will gain the knowledge and confidence to run your own operation and succeed in the golf industry. Best of all, you will leave with a lifelong friend." - Jacob O.
"Working with Garrett was a great pleasure. He motivated me every day with his enthusiasm to improve my skills, preparing me for my future in the golf industry. His direction was always clear, and expectations were high. Work ethic is a major skill set needed in the golf industry and can set you apart from the competition. A valuable lesson I learned from Garrett was to look at the operation from a manager's perspective, which helped me get to where I am today. The experience and knowledge Garrett provided me were crucial in taking my career to the next level." - Evan R.
