Overview

As a member of the Golf Operations Professional Team, the Assistant Professionals assists in all aspects of the golf operation. All duties of the position shall be performed with a commitment to the highest level of member-centric services resulting in an exceptional overall golf experience for Club Members and their guests.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist in management of day-to-day operations
• Assists members and guests by providing and interpreting golf policies, rules and regulations
• Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe working environment, with emphasis on promoting team member health and safety
• Follows directives and completes assignments with minimum supervision
• Performs all work according to established procedures
• Avails themselves, to the best of their abilities, to directly assist in the furtherance of member satisfaction
• Always maintains a friendly, hospitable and helpful attitude with all members, guest and fellow teammates
