Overview

• JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Organizes pro shop merchandise;
  • Operates golf pos (foreup) and collects fees
  • Meets with the public, schedules tee times and answers questions regarding the use of golf facilities;
  • Assists customers with sales of pro shop merchandise;
  • Provides golf instruction or lessons.
  • Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.
  • Make sure starter is doing his/her job and tee is running on time
  • Make sure Cart Personal is doing their job and helping out customers, by bringing their bags to their carts etc.
• Assists with Swing 365 Indoor Golf Lounge powered by Trackman

Experience Required

Experience in POS and Tournament Software (Foreup, Gallus Golf, Golf Genius Golf Shop and Golf Genius Tournament Software are utilized at our facility)
